"Brethren: sober estote, et vigilant: quia adversárius vester Diabolus, leo tamquam rúgiens circuit, quaerens quern dévoret: fortes in fide be resisted" (I Peter 5: 8-9). This is the constant prayer in Compline according Breviarium Romanum, as well as the Liturgy of the Hours is present even if not so much solid yet for many it is a fairy tale.
